Subject	Fuel gauge stuck on my 2+2 TT

Message	It's stuck just above the "E". Also, a very weird thing - my fuel cap is somehow misaligned, and difficult to remove/put back on after fueling up. Is it possible the fuel tank was removed/installed improperly? The fuel cap screws in on a funky angle. So far I've checked all the fuses. Everything seems good. Any ideas?
